We are the Kanpur Architects Association since 1975.

The Kanpur Architects Association (KAA) was established in late eightees, by a group of eminent architects to provide platform for empowering professionals working in the built environment in professional growth, business development and networking, and leadership in our community. Since its establishment, the organization has grown both physically, with increasing membership of individual members and member firms, but also influentially in the community through its programs, networking opportunities, and community awards. The growth of our organization is the direct result of the dedication and hard work of the past Board of Directors, Advisory Council, and countless number of other volunteers who have given their vision, time and efforts through the years.

Architecture and Town Planning had always been practiced by human beings in all part of the world since ancient time . Monuments like Taj Mahal , Pisa ki Minar, Pyramid of Egypt, Colosseum of Rome, Great Wall of China etc and cultures like Sindhu Ghati, Mohan Jodaro & Hadaapa, city of babylone etc are the biggest example of Architectural legendary and high grade of town planning skills and knowledge of mankind of all ages.

We as professionals of the same fields have the privilege and responsibility of shaping the built environment of our city, it is essential that we prioritize cleanliness, environmental sustainability, and modernisation in our work.
